What is the purpose of this workshop?
As with all 4ward 2 Success workshops you learn by actively taking part in exercises, role plays, games & group discussions.
As a result the purpose is individual learning and results in:
• Improving your communication skills
• Building better relationships
• Reducing stress at home or in the workplace
• Becoming more effective and productive as part of a unit/group
• Improving your problem solving abilities
The workshop will in a proactive way provide you with an understanding of how we communicate, how to use your tone of voice and body language, how to listen to more than what is said, how to ask the appropriate questions at the appropriate moments and how to understand and use your own interaction style to your benefit.
