I need to run a half marathon in early August and can't find a planned one!

So @endorphinbuzz and I are launching the official 2010 Spoonsie-a-thon.

No entry fees but we should try to do some good as well and hook up the ottawa food bank since there are a quite a few foodies likely to run this.
