San Diego McDonald's Smoothie Tweetup

Join San Diego McDonald’s for a chance to try our newest addition to the McCafé family – Real Fruit Smoothies!

Tweetup attendees will have a chance to sample the smooth and creamy new drinks, which come in Strawberry Banana and Wild Berry flavors, and have opportunities to win free McDonald’s prize packs (including Smoothie mugs, totes and coupons for free food and beverages) for tweeting about their experience, while supplies last.

Twitter followers can also qualify for prizes by entering retweet contests on July 7, 9, 12 and 15. Full contest rules are below.

And you’ll be entered to win a McCafé Smoothie prize pack from San Diego County McDonald’s. Two random winners will be selected for each contest day and will be announced at 9 a.m. the following day.

Between July 17 and Aug. 9, twitter users who post pictures of their smoothies will win a coupon good for a free small Smoothie, while supplies last. Tweets of Smoothie pictures must include #SDMcD hashtag to qualify, and must be tweeted between July 17 and Aug. 9, 2010. Any contest deemed inappropriate (ie. obscene, violent, etc.) will be immediately disqualified.

Contests and giveaways are valid only for San Diego County residents, who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. One winner per household.
