Conquer Nature’s Stairmaster
You’ve all seen it driving pass Hawaii Kai, a path up Koko Head that’s just screaming ‘sweat’ & ‘pain’… yet it’s just so intriguing because you KNOW the view from up there is going to be worth the hard work.
Whether you’re newbie like us or returning conqueror, the hike is not as bad as it looks. We will each hike this trail based on our own fitness level. If you’re like my trainer who sprints up the trail in under 25mins… go right on ahead, we’ll cheer for you! If you’re like me and want to take lots of breaks, and pictures, enjoy the view along the way up… arriving at the top at an enjoyable pace, well you can do that too.
Since the trail is not shaded AT ALL, we try to do this early in the morning before it gets too hot. Plus, after we’re done, we’re just in time for brunch :P
So, come with us. Bring water, hat, camera/phone, knee brace & hiking stick if you need them :D
